Return Policy:
Outdoor wholesale has a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased online you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Items that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. When returning an item please include the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please include your order number, name, address, and daytime phone number. Also include a letter explaining why you are returning them item and whether you would like a refund or to exchange for another item.
Exceptions:
No returns on swimsuits or undergarments due to health regulations.
Shipping costs on items returned will not be refunded unless pre-authorized before return.
